@84hernandez, yes its perfectly safe, I just had my first yeast infection in years about 2 months ago, I was about 18 weeks along... I think it was just my body reacting to all the hormones...

@84hernandez, I would get checked for a yeast infection.. Vagisil extra strength works the best for temporary relief. I dont get them often but when I do I have to take diflucan, the over the counter stuff don't work for me :(
