I was running on straight E yesterday! Boobs were mad empty and baby Violet was so frustrated on the nipple because she wasn't getting anything. So I bought some oatmeal cereal and put it in a bottle of expressed milk....night night for 7 hours straight 😁😅. My poor baby was starving.

@helpedbytmh, I used earth's best organic oatmeal cereal. Like $2.60 at grocery store. And yes I had to make the hole in the nipple bigger because I only have level one slow flow nipples.
@arielle, what kind of oatmeal cereal was it? Also did u have to poke holes in her bottle nipple?
@ginag918, she's 2.5 months. I didn't want to do it but I wasn't filling back up fast enough and she was crying so often cuz she wasn't getting enough from the previous feeding. So I put in a little less than the directions said to put since it was her first time eating it. She was KO!
How old is she? I think I want to start Cereal at 3 months 😁😁😁

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
so my mom was telling me I should give my son baby cereal at night because at night is when he wants to eat the most. I haven't done it yet but who thinks its okay I was thinking doing it when he's two months!??
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
OK MOMMIES! ITS TIME! The doctor called and said I have preeclampsia so I got rushed to labor&delivery; at 7pm. I have a tube in me that'll be here all night and in the morning they will use pitocin! Hopefully I deliver by tomorrow. PlZ pray for me!!! 1st baby so I'm super nervous and don't know what to expect! Here it goes!...
I don't get why my baby feeds for long periods of time at night !!! I'm so exhausted and so close to giving up .
@helpedbytmh, not at all. She's never had nipple confusion or preference for bottle or breast. She takes whatever goes in her mouth lol. I don't think I'll have an issue when it comes time for solids. Only thing is her tummy, she gets gassy pretty easily it seems 😓
