Here is my opinion I will have like maybe 50 mg of caffeine four or five days a week but I refuse to do 200 a day that doctors allow because think about it...at one point they wouldn't even let pregnant women touch caffeine. It's just not worth it. I'll get my fix then I'm ok and I didn't even start drinking caffeine until I was about 23 weeks
I have never been big on soda but I drink them occasionally. and a cup or two of coffee before work. that is a big change from pre-pregnancy. where I was taking 300mg stackers and chasing them with energy drinks.
I have a cup of coffee a day, that I started around 20 weeks. I don't drink soda or anything basically because I don't need the extra calories haha. Although with my first pregnancy I had a Pepsi a day😁

I've heard no more than 300 mg/day and no more than 200 mg/day. I always stay under 200 mg.
