When that happens stand up right away even if it feels impossible and put your leg completely straight. It will go away with no after pain 😀

My boyfriend was there trying to massage it out and he kept massaging it to the other sideeeee he would not let me get up 😭😭😭😭😭 I knew it was his fault!!!!@edomke
