Can you choose to induce labor 3 days before your due date just because you want that date?

depends on ur Dr most doctors won't induce unless u go 2 weeks past due or unless there is medical reason for the induction

Depends on your doctor. My doctor will induce any day of the 39th week until the 41week. but a lot of doctors won't induce until 42 weeks, so it really just depends. I would talk to your doctor about their induction policy

It depends on your state and the hospital you choose to have your baby in. I would ask your obgyn or midwife. I know in Vermont they don't unless the doctor thinks there would be a problem with your baby.

It says your in Az! I am too and they'll induce you anytime after 37 weeks ! I got induced at 39 weeks just because I didn't wanna be pregnant anymore but I had no issues my doc was just like yeah we can induce you tomorrow !

@tysonnsmommy, hank you so much. I mean I'll be 39 weeks hahah it's just my husbands birthday is the 21st and he grew up with a really hard life an hate birthdays by our daughter is due the 25th and e wants her to be born on the 21 so bad. So he can have a good birthday with his daughter.
