Sickness has been so bad I've actually now been diagnosed with HG. Starting taking anti sickness tablets that are safe in pregnancy, hoping that these will eventually help me get some quality of life back. It also doesn't help that I have a terrible fear of being sick!

Is it true that if you're sick during your pregnancy it's a girl but if you haven't been sick it's a boy?
Is it a good idea to go for a walk or do some excercise when your feeling really sick and nauseous? Im 9weeks pregnant and my 'morning sickness' which has been all day sickness had been so bad for the last 4 weeks! I've just been laying down and trying not to move so much so I don't feel so sick but does light excercise or walking even when your feeling sick help ease the nausea? Heeeelp! 😩

I was diagnosed with it .. Had to go into the hospital ... Then I got the sickness tablets ... Just so you know tho they worked wonders .. I was still throwing up when I was on them but not half as much xxx

That's what's been so frightening for me I've been worried that the baby isn't getting enough nutrients etc. @jodipatton I've still been sick too 😕 I was kind of hoping that the sickness would go all together xx
