is it safe to go watch scary movies when your pregnant I am 26 weeks and 1 day

I hate watching scary movies, but why couldnt u watch it? Never heard u couldnt watch scary movies while pregnant.

Why wouldn't you be able to???? I watched them all the time through both my pregnancies and am always going to loud or exciting events.

My grandparents believe that its not good to be scared while pregnant. They think it's puts stress on the baby. I never heard anyone else say anything about it besides my grandparents. But maybe you should research it. :)

I went and watched insidious 3 a couple was ago and baby girl was fine she just kicked a little when the bass got loud but other than that she was and is good.

I'd say go see it. I don't see any harm in it. If anything baby will just kick when the bass goes off. I wouldn't stress yourself on if it'll put you in labor, I feel the only way it would is if you were high risk and even then I would say it's a slim chance
