@tierlarie, thanks I'll try it I just don't want to have to pump at night it's such a pain and I hate that engorged feeling so much

I was producing just enough to feed my son, but not pump after so I started taking fenugreek. I will feed him and one side and pump the other and switch off every few days and I've been able to pump 2-3 times a day and have built a little stock pile in my freezer now. I get anywhere from 3-5oz when I pump now. And over night I'll feed him on the side I'm pumping once and that way I don't have to wake up and pump through the night.
