Are there any mom's out there that stay at home and have their husbands work? I don't know why but I feel so guilty that he works and I don't.
I stay at home. I told my fiance that I wanted to go back to work when our baby was 2-3 months old and he said no. haha He was like you should at least be home for 6 months with him and he actually doesn't want me to go back to work at all but we need the money. I would love to stay at home with my baby though. I was a nanny before my baby and I got to see all the firsts the baby did like crawl and walk and new foods and I really don't want to miss out on any of that with my baby.
I do not by choice I was laid off from my job on May 15 along with 250 people from where I used to work thankfully my husband wasn't one of those people we worked at the same company by the way but even after getting let go I was able to get unemployment but it only equals to $1000 a month so my daughter has been home with me for a month now and this is is the first week that my son has been home with me so it hard cause I'm really pregnant and I get tired easily but who the hell will hire me since I'm very pregnant unless they are really desperate it's ok I'm just trying to relax with my little vacation and plan what I need to get for the baby
i do!! my baby is a granite fabricator and when i talk about working he just clams up like he will support me no matter what but he really wants to be the bread winner lol i was raised old fashion though all the women in my family stayed home raised babies and were all around home makers so thats really all i know. im not saying that a womens place is at home but thats my place and i love it. i have had to work and i was miserable now i have petty little things to worry about but i just love making him comfy after a long day at work and seeing the appreciation all over his face when we settle down for dinner n netflix after all is said and done its really fulfilling 😊😊
Yeah he's totally fine with me at home. I wish I could work more tho! But the dr wanted me to cut my hours cause my job is so manual labor and keeps giving me awful Braxton hick contractions.
I'm a stay at home mom and I did at first. Then I realized how much money we where saving by not paying for childcare and take out and cleaning. Unless I was making good money... that allowed us to do that plus extra spending just didn't make since. I started doing some work out of my home for a little extra money but we are partner's and have that understanding.
I still work just not as much as I use to! He works his but off and I just sit here most of the time. I don't want to get another job because I will only be able to work 2 months then go on maternity leave and I don't know how long I want to take maternity leave yet. ugh..
I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Creeped out!
A new guy at work just tickled the back of my neck! I cringed and told him "Don't ever touch me, that weirds me out!" On Monday he pulled my braid as I was grabbing parts for him, I also told him don't ever do that. Ugh. I don't feel comfortable working with him EVER! A coworker told me that when she walked past he said "what's cooking good looking". I feel he doesn't deserve to work here. I can't feel like I'm going to be harassed at work. Like who does that?? I'm so creeped ou...
I want to work, but I don't have anyone I truly trust to take care of my son.
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
This for the moms that don't like what I post don't comment
I work 15 hrs from home per week. it's been like that since I had my son (20months now). I plan to keep the same schedule when I have this baby. he doesn't want our son to go to daycare yet and with my job it would cost us more to send him than keeping him at home so. I don't feel guilty because we're saving in day care costs and I get my share of work dealing with my son all day while pregnant.
