my little guy has it too. the pediatrician mentioned that it could be the remainder of maternal hormones going through the body. it's almost like pre-pubescent puberty. it will go away on it's own but keep the area clean and don't mess with it! I also would make sure I'm wiping my own skin before putting baby on or nearby.

@senadas i dont breastfeed anymore. @regelbaby @lady3ug im sure whatever it is will go away just didnt know which it was...ive been washing his face daily every other day w wash

They say the babies get it from breast milk. I never did anything I just avoided kissing him at that spot and it went away on its on as he grew day by day.

Yes they do look the same. A heat rash will go away much faster than baby acne. My son had baby acne on his face on his neck and even his chest and arms a bit for quite a while when he was really little

my nephew had it. a lot of babies get it. and I think it's also pretty common along the hairline. it's very common I think there are creams that help 😊

Looks like baby acne just keep it clean don't put anything on it. If it's a heat rash same thing

actually i found it on the back of his ear as well the base of his hairline neck...so wondering more like heat rash.

Breast milk made my son own go away.

My son had it. U are not suppose to put anything. Just keep it clean. My sons rashes/acn disappeared 2weeks ago. He is now 7week

baby acne also goes away on its on but that looks a little worse than baby acne.
