I've bleached my hair twice while being pregnant. and my doctor said it was fine before I even did it. just make sure your in a well ventilated area, because the fumes are like 10 times stronger than they are when your not pregnant. I did my hair like outside, and had a friend help me since I didn't have a mirror.

As long as you're in an open area so the fumes aren't strong. You should probably do it outside.

Ive been told not to bleach... you can dye your hair but has to be in a well ventilated room.
