So my boyfriend doesn't want me to get a job because he says that he can do it... Pretty much telling me that he'll feel less of a man.. I don't know what to do. I want to work, I can't be a sahm, I'm a person with a free spirit I hate being home all day. I don't wanna be all feminist and say eff you and your feelings... I don't wanna be asking him for money he gives me $200 wtf I'm not your child! I don't want him to feel any less of anything. He gets childish like if you want to, go do it, fuck my feelings... He doesn't like to talk if you say something "pick up your dogs poop" he'll say "well, I'm just gonna sell him"... He's the baby of the family.. Pretty much everything was handed to him. I've been wanting to talk to him, but he doesn't like confrontation, he doesn't like being told things straight up, and I'm not the type to sugarcoat or breast around the bush. He's coming home soon hopefully his mom can watch the girls cause we do need a serious conversation.

you're not even a month pregnant you can work until you're like 8 to 9 months, the reality of today is unless he has a great high paying job it's pretty impossible to survive without both parents working.

@georgiamay, he earns good... but to me not enough. there's 2 girls and one being planned or probably in my uterus. I want to also have money for me. idk I'm very independent, it's hard to sit back and not do anything.

I would love that... I did work for awhile and than I had to stop since I started to dilated to early.. you can stay home until you have the baby and than go back to work...

@georgiamay, yes... I learned from my mom to not rely on men cause what if one day something happens to him or if he decides to leave.. I've been a single mom so that is always gonna stay with me. I'm not saying he will it's just that part is there..

Haha same here.. since I have been off work I miss it so much. I feel like I don't have my own money and all that.. I have to keep asking my boyfriend for some or my gram. Which makes me sad. @mama2planning1
