I know the feeling girl. I had my daughter a year ago tomorrow and so it was the middle of summer, and here in Texas it was over 105* some days. A "cool" summer day is 90*.

Even with a natural, no tearing, no anything birth my doctor told me not to submerge until after 6wks. You can get infections that can cause major problems. The same reason you aren't supposed to use tampons for pp bleeding.
