First Time moms!!! How long did it take ya'll to go from 1 cm to the hospital??

about 9 hours. I wasn't dilated at all before I went to the hospital or when I got there but was having contractions every 2_3mij

never naturally lol. I was at 1 cm for a month then I got induced. bc my doctor doesn't like babies to be born way overdue

Try a lot of walking

Everyone is different, some progress fast and some slow. I been at 1cm for two weeks now soft cervix and still nothing 😔
