As the sickness and tiredness is almost starting to subside, I'm beginning to think what exercise I should start doing again. Hmm swimming? Walking? Maybe some light weight lifting?
Yes I agree with @essex-angel :) :) Swimming sounds like a great thing to do! I love swimming although I haven't been for years. I am going camping for my birthday again this year and this time the campsite is near a beach, so might just go for a little dip or paddle :) :) @hannahmilligan22
swimming is brilliant! the feeling of weightlessness is great, especially as u get further along. Its exercise without putting strain on ur joints :-) xx
