Also: the esophageal sphincter (the piece of muscle at the base of the esophagus) becomes much softer in pregnancy.. Which allows the fluid to pass through more often. It sucks for sure! 😣
It's just that your stomach is being pushed up, and the acid is making its way into your esophagus much easier. Shorter way to travel up. Totally normal. If it's making you throw up and not able to eat, then I'd speak to a doctor. ❤️

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

they say the more heartburn you get the more hair the baby will have. not sure how true it is because i had zero heartburn and my girl came out with a full head of hair. but it's definitely true in some cases!
