Omg! I seriously cannot cope with these leg cramps! ... Sick of being rudely woken up by them!…

iv been getting cramps on my right leg it's so painfull when it happens can't barely walk 😯

Or I don't just get like one cramp either I get it then it stops and I feel so happy then 2 mins later it comes back .. Only thing is is for days after my calfs kill me when I'm just walking around its horrible xxx @sara87

aww my calfs are ok mine just the leg . I can imagine how painfull it b having cramp on the calfs bet u can't hardly walk 😑 if it gets worse speak to your doctor @jodipatton

I no how u feel mine is always through the night in bed an I role around crying it's horrible. The things us women go through haha 8💖

Ha I bet you will experience it when your further along chick it's awful @sara87 xx hurts for days lol .. I always get the cramps when I've been laid in bed xx

I know it's horrible @sarah29493 lol! ... I always wake up and our lad is just laid there fast asleep I could kill him lmao! ... The first time it ever happened I woke up proper screaming the place down at 4 in the morning ha!...xx

I've found the only relief is to pull my foot upwards and stretch the calf muscle as soon as you feel the cramp start to bite (opposite of pointing your toes) it seems to nip it in the bud IF you catch it at that stage. Sadly I've found little that helps once the cramp gets a hold - unless you count hopping round the room uttering loud obscenities 😜

Haha I know I find that helps too @zeld only problem is is when I'm asleep I don't feel it coming on lol .. I just wake up with it :( ... I find myself rolling about the bed with my leg completely still for what feels like half an hour lol! Then I think yey it's gone and then 2 secs later it comes back .. Our lad just tells me to get up and walk it off but that is so hard to do when yah can't move it lol xxx I hope it doesn't get to bad for you either @sara87 lol! Xxx

I'm suffering really bad with them and restlessness. as soon as I go to bed 😢. can only sleep for five hours a night once settled. I've been getting up and sleeping in spare room xx

I have to do that cos my poor boyfriend does 72+ hours a week and he's always knackered so don't wanna wake him but it's so horrible @sazockaz14 xx

I'm like that but at same time get frustrated that he can just sleep. not a bother in the world! I woke him up at 10 this morning. jeez you'd have thought it was middle of night. hope ur feeling better xc
