who else is dealing with postpartum depression and how are you dealing with it??
oh wow thats really good! my daughter is sleeping about 4 to 5 hours through the night too but during the day she likes ro raise hell lol shes a little trouble maker already @steph11
she's so calm and laid back that I don't feel like I need a break she's already is sleeping like 4 hours at night like never cries. I don't want to miss anything
it was hard coming back to work but to be honest it kind of helped a little bit..its kinda like a little "break" i guess yu could say? but its still hard leaving her at home but go out! it will be good for you to go out and take a break yourself @steph11
oh I couldn't Imagen going back to work. Sadie is only 3 weeks old but I don't think I could leave her! my bf wants to go out for drinks in like 2 weeks but I don't want to because I don't want to leave her
yuppp the stress of no sleep dealing with a newborn going back to work AND dealing with the way i look now is all too much @steph11
I hear ya! I think it's just from how fast you have all the changes to the oh crap I'm going to be responsible for another life then with the body changes then actually having the baby the more body changes and no sleep makes it so hard
i wasnt either i was the completr opposite than what i was before i got pregnant and its hard not to think negative with everything i went through with the hormones and body changes and not being able to fit into my clothes not to mention im the heaviest ive ever been..its tough but im trying im trying to eat better and try to start working out @steph11
I don't even try to because I know I can't. and I was never like this before I like never cried or was emotional but now it's awful. ohhhh don't do that. I'm sure your doing amazing!!! it's just a hard adjustment
im the sameee way even if i do try and explain whats wrong i cant cuz i just start bawling :/ and with me i think i set myself off lol i start thinking negative thoughts about myself and all and thats what gets me in my moods @steph11
haha I can't tell my boyfriend because I get to upset and start bawling and nothing comes out. plus he kinda set it off. I said something about keeping something in mind for next baby I really want 2 kids and he said there won't be a next time. which I get he was 2 other kids plus Sadie but it set off the depression
same here like i want to tell my husband whats going on but at the same time i dont want him thinking im crazy or that im just being dramatic cuz ive been so hormonal throughout my pregnancy nd now this @steph11
I just want to be left alone with baby girl. like I don't even want my boyfriend around when I get in my moods
thats how i am right now..most days are good but theres days like yesterday where i just cry for hours and i feel like i need to get out @steph11
I'd talk to your Dr see what they say. at least it's not getting worse! mine is super borderline because most days I'm super happy than I get a bad day or two.
i thought it was baby blues at firsr but the feelings havent gone away..theyre not getting worse but are still there @steph11
me! but I think I'm like in between baby blues and postpartum depress
im glad im not crazy and that im not the only one that feels this way @firstbaby_girl
if you want to try therapy there's nothing wrong with that. even if you just try it once. and I feel just about the same way you do mama. it will be okay
i sure hope things go back to normal i didnt think id feel it this bad or as bad as im feeling it , its hard :/ @arielle
@sgomez0606, dang :/ I'm sorry momma. Your baby is only one month and unfortunately PPD can last longer than that. My blues lasted about that long, 3-4 weeks. It gets better when your hormones level off back to normal. Hang in there 😉
going back to work didnt seem to help i still feel down at times..even at work @arielle
i feel like i should go to therapy or something cuz ive been crying for no reason being really negative towards myself and the way i look and getting frustrated by little things or thinkibg that my daughter doesnt love me cuz she rather be with my husband @firstbaby_girl
I think I have a little of it. more anxiety than anything. I keep a lot in. sometimes I'll go for walks, cry it out or look at my baby and think of all we've been through
I'm going to try to go to postpartum group therapy. I also keep taking breaks and leaving baby with close family for short periods of time.
Hey is it annoying if you movie quote while disabled and dealing with bipolar disorder? Is that annoying

The hardest thing for me is dealing with the heart burn and not being able to get comfortable now.?
