question? im 36 weeks prego and I'm getting induced in 21 days is there any advice anyone could give me based  on their induction experience, and \or things I should be doing for my body or the baby for the time being?

Yes exactly what ^^^she said it's very painful not that it's not just painful to begin with but the pitocin makes it worse I had  2 natural I went into labor on my own and I made it thru with no epidural I was induced with pitocin for my youngest 2 and I had to get the epidural

Get the epidural!! If they're inducing you with pitocin, labor comes fast and hard and it's seriously intense. Epidural Is life! 🙌🏽 lol. And do your kegels! In addition, when you're pushing and when the baby is almost out, do little smaller spurt pushes to get baby out so you don't tear! Worked for me 😊
