A little piece of friendly advice:

The MORE you pump/nurse the MORE milk you will produce. So... If you don't want to be engorged, don't pump til their empty just pump or hand express just enough to get some relief. Doing this will allow your breasts to regulate how much milk your baby needs.

I remember the first few days after having my son my breasts were SO full and sore but I made sure not to pump so that I wouldn't trick my body into thinking I needed to make more milk and then the engorgement just went away!! Hope this helps all the new mommies dealing with painful tatas! 😘😘

so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle.
