oml no one told me how messed up your cycle gets and how heavy and unpredictable it is. make sure you always have some and plenty of it. I went through 5 boxes of 40 super tampons in a week.

you're not supposed to use tampons till a few weeks after. it can cause infection.
@firsttimemommy89, it didn't hurt me. just feel uncomfortable because i wasn't use to them anymore. far as the checkup, it was a normal checkup to make sure everything was OK .
Not until you've finished Postpartum bleeding and have a separate period. The cervix takes a while to close so at least six weeks of pads after birth.
you can wear tampons after your 6 week checkup if your doctor say everything is fine.

after your 6 week check up and the doc tells you its OK its fine to use them. but I'm saying stock up on them both. before I had my baby one box lasted me two periods know I go through Twp boxes in one period. your body still getting back to normal so your cycle is unpredictable and you can have it whenever so it better to always have them in the house.
