@pardonmemom, I haven't really had morning sickness or nausea so I'm not really sure how to help you with that. I eat constantly throughout the day mostly lean protein like turkey and chicken, lots of vegetables mainly green, brown rice, and fruit. If I crave something I eat it. I still use protein shakes. I workout at least 5 days a week

You are so fit and healthy @lawise23 ! Teach us your ways! I need help eating enough bc everything makes me nauseous and I'm OVER saltines! Lol
