My other suggestion is that get the paperwork from your doctor and file at the hospital I know at kaiser they have an office to do that

I did that to me as well @jennatess it took me at least two day to actually get through to a live person

@preggiemommyincorona, I applied online, but, it said my doctor had to then go on and finish up filling out some stuff. When I call my doctors office, the office staff say they don't really know what has been filed - they don't have access to those files. Which I totally understand. I just don't know what next steps to take. I keep calling the 1-800 number and it shuts off saying "maximum number of callers has been reached." Ugh.

Did you do it online cause I was laided off from work and I applied for it three days later and I received the paperwork within a week
