Last appointment was the first time they did it for me at 38.5 weeks and they tried to do a membrane sweep but my cervix was too far away I guess she couldn't reach so they just tried to stretch it and then this week they're going for the membrane sweep again (Friday), before that they weren't checking @ncube

@ncube, yeah I was certain I was going to have it last weekend after so much cramping, I'm getting to the point where I just want it out so I can finally meet him or her!

I had the same thing, it does hurt, then the whole day I was so crampy I thought I would have the baby but no such luck! Trying again on friday
