What are you looking forward to?
Apart from looking forward to being a mom in general what I'm looking forward to the most is people telling me that my daughter looks like me.

My daughter looks nothing like me, she definitely takes after her daddy. It's kind of upsetting that her only features of mine are her hands and feet. :/

I get this allll the time from family and strangers its complimenting cause they say she's so pretty and she takes after her mommy, definitely a confidence booster lol

it means something to me because I'm adopted and I have never been compared to any of my family members so Ive never heard that I look like my mom.
