it means something to me because I'm adopted and I have never been compared to any of my family members so Ive never heard that I look like my mom.
I get this allll the time from family and strangers its complimenting cause they say she's so pretty and she takes after her mommy, definitely a confidence booster lol
My daughter looks nothing like me, she definitely takes after her daddy. It's kind of upsetting that her only features of mine are her hands and feet. :/
