possibly even toilet paper getting stuck on you. when I was getting them alot I had to dab not wipe and also bought pH balanced wipes to use to help

Could be a UTI, kidney infection or just discharge with your urine. I know you said you already had a UTI but it can come right back. Tell your doc & he can get a sample so that it can put your mind at ease.
