Does anyone know what blood work is done for mommies for the second trimester? Not the baby…

I know that after 24 weeks they do the gestational diabetes test

I'm going to be 23 weeks om Wednesday but I just received a letter that I need to contact my doctor because they have lab results that need my attention... and I'm kind of nervous now @alye27 😣 and I know it's MY blood work because ghetto doc had told me the babies blood work for DS had cane back ok

Gestational diabetes, iron levels, for antibodies against certain diseases.

@kitsunerivka which week are iron and antibodies? The only thing my doc informed me about is rh shot and diabetes test at week 28.

Different doctors do it on different weeks, my doctor ran the tests all at the same time. She also ran my iron every time I had blood drawn because I was anemic in my first pregnancy.
