This is my dog Zoey and she'll be 2 this November. I've had her since she was 8 weeks old. My son is due in only 19 days and I'm stressing thinking about my baby with dog hairs on him , his clothes, etc. She doesn't shed like crazy, we bathe her, brush her and she's due for a summer cut at the groomers seeing as she has too much hair for this summer heat. Will my baby be ok with the hair in the home? I know I cannot get rid of all of it. She lays on the couches with us and sometimes our bed, I'd hate to have to change that completely because she's so used to it. Any advice?

We have two outside dogs and two inside dogs our new baby does fine. Just a little sneeze here and there.

Dog even worry! I asked my doctor about my cat and dog - both shed a lot - and he said that you don't need to worry at all. Just make sure they don't smother the baby or anything. And! It's proven that babies who are brought home to indoor pets have less issues with allergies when they get older! 😊 He said, "hair won't hurt them! Stop stressing!" Haha.

Soph loves our fur baby and hasn't had any problems, I just make sure if she's playing with the dog I wash her hands before she has a chance to put them in her mouth (:
