Morning sickness kicked in. Wicked incurable heartburn. Stuffy nose. And tmi but diarrhea...anyone else? Any suggestions?

Omg I've been dealing w the stuffy nose so bad and it hasn't gone away! Plus pregnancy symptoms too that are horrible. Nothing helps me.
