Just realized calling myself a cow is not so flattering😂😂😂 but thats how I feel.

after you breast feed use baby wipes or wash cloth to wipe yourself so you don't smell like milk. it's what I used to do.

@firstbaby_girl, thats a good idea using the wipes. Didnt think of that. I change my breastfeeding pads really often but doesnt help and lately my son has been spitting/vomitting alot and for some reason always on my clothes. I keep changing my clothes several time a day.

I used to be in the same boat, but once you get a routine down it gets better. try the wipe thing for a while and see if it makes a difference

yes in the beginning I stunk he stunk we all stunk. we were using a nipple shield which made a big mess. the only time I stink now is when I wear a bra which is weird
