Anyone know if they make life jackets for little babies under 6 months?

I seen at Walmart they have something for babies, it looking more like a bathing suit with the life jacket built in.. I had one for my daughter when she was little.

I saw those but I'm pretty sure they're still for older babies

I'm just bringing him in a boat and would have felt better if he had a life jacket on
