Anyone drink the Arizona Energy teas while pregnant? They're all natural & it doesn't say anywhere…

I didn't but just remember moderation I think those are mostly caffeine and it's rec only a 12 Oz cup of coffee a day. and those things are pretty big. idk the caffeine content tho

I know a 8.4oz red bull has 83 & they have it on their can, so I would think if it had that much they would have to put it on there. most of the time I only drink about half of it. & not an everyday thing.

I did. I think I drank like three a week during my pregnancy. I chose that over soda all the time. or just drank cold water.

I didn't drink caffeine till the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy and I went all out aha xD but first 7 weeks I had no idea I was Prego and drank alcohol like it was water and I was high risk so really highly doubt lil of that tea will hurt your lil one
