Aw what's going on? I have anxiety bad too. I have to be medicated though. Nice warm bath and some upbeat music are very helpful! Camomile and lavender bath stuff. The um shoppe brand kind at Walmart. They have bath salts and foaming bath. Both are amazing at calming.

But I know how much you need a friend that knows how your feeling and what your talking about so I'm hereeee!!!!!!😊😊😘 hope you feel betterrrr soon!!!!!!
, @shadowolfstar @uhmandaxconrad92 it feels horrible. If it's not my horrible pregnancy symptoms is my anxiety. What kind of medication do you take for anxiety? Or we can't take any? I don't know what to do.
Im on prosac and have been for a few years, it's a miracle drug. Zoloft and prosac are alright to take. Each have very very small possible heart conditions that can effect the little one but its smaller than the risks of so much anxiety and stress being put on the baby. Zoloft didn't work for me but prosac did . :)
I am scared to get on medication right now because of my pregnancy. @shadowolfstar but before I was prego I was on some medication only to be taken when I would get panic attacks.

I totally get that. But stress and anxiety are a lot of times worse. Definitely at least talk to your doctor about it all and she what she thinks :)
