I have a question for the mommies who are exclusively breastfeeding; do or have you have your babies cereal on your milk? I've been researching and reading a lot on BREASTFEEDING and I really feel strongly about strictly breast milk until it's time to introduce solids. But my family is so stuck in their ways they feel like a baby can not survive on milk alone. Any advice?
Also tell her what you want for your child and she needs to respect it for that reason
I started giving my daughter oatmeal at 4 months so she could learn how to eat from a spoon I didn't give it to her in the bottle
Right. I'm a first time mom so I just thought it was something I didn't know. I think I should take my mom to one of the breastfeeding classes so she can know what I know. After all she will be the care giver when I go back to work.
if exclusively breastfeeding cereal will interfere with supply but like @camillesmom said it's your baby, you do what you see fit
Yea that's when my Dr told me to start so she can learn to properly eat
