Well that's unfortunate but ultimately they could find someone higher up who would take the proper actions, or they could contact the labor board and things would get taken care of properly. But I'm glad you're going to tell the wife. That's the right thing to do!

Well maybe you should talk to them and make them realize that he has a daughter who he could be harming and no one knows. He could be a complete pervert and his daughter may really need some saving and you may be her only voice. In my opinion you need to tell his wife and if his mom is bullying your sister and friend trying to get them fired they can take the proper routes to reporting her and they will be out of her touch.

My sister and friend said not to bc they work with this guy's mom and she is a bully already trying to get them fired. but I didn't think of that...

If that really happened then you need to tell his wife. Idk what you're waiting for but this man has a daughter and is out trying to rape girls? His daughter could be in serious harm and his wife needs to become aware.
