@missfanny, do not put neospoirin on it put alcohol to dry up the belly button it's normal and no alcohol will not burn putting neospoirin will only keep it most and will not heal or dry up

I would think it would have stopped bleeding by now. But try the bandaid and neosporin and see how that goes. It's been four years since my son (making a girl this time around haha) but I remember having the same issue briefly and it took care of it in a few days

He's 2 weeks. It fell off last week. @shadowolfstar

How old is he and when did it fall off? It shouldn't be an issue, it may be clothes rubbing on his new belly button. Try to cover it with a bandaid and use neosporin on it to help soothe it.
