Please help. What have you done or bought to help with back ache? Since turning 28 weeks(now 29) the back ache is getting worse. And I'm on my feet all day at work boo.

try a chiropractor my sil is one and oooo... she has to adjust me every 3 or 4 weeks as I get bigger I was scared to do it at first but I couldn't stand the pain one day and she's like come here and my goodness I feel great I can sleep and move lol ....
Um I use and my hubby uses Aveda exfoliating shampoo. It exfoliates your back. It's beady feeling but not that plastic crap that other brands have
Tylenol and a heating pad have been my best friends this whole pregnancy.
Why is hot water bad for baby? I'm confused. A scalding hot bath is the only thing that helps my body aches. I just lay back in it.
Agh I could cry!!! Worst tummy ache/period pains ever, in bed taken paracetamol so hopefully that helps so I can sleep! Suddenly came from no where!!!
