At this birthing class - it's amazing! I don't know how I thought I could do the whole labor thing without this! Haha. The only thing, I'm not a fan on how they really try to force breastfeeding (make you feel silly if you're going to formula feed only.) . 😑 Anyway, if you have the time, I totally recommend these classes!
