So frustrating, Max spits/voimits after every nursing. Dont know what to do. He is fussy and hungry but whats the point to nurse when he spits all. Should I breastfeed him more after he has vomited or what??

I havent looked to see the difference in gas drops and gripe water. I have both tho and gripe water just works better.

I understand that. just try different techniques and see how they make a difference
Finally he fell asleep 😞 He will probably wake up in 1-2hours feeling super hungry
@firstbaby_girl, I fed him laying down but his peditrician said not do that. But honestly I still do it cuz during the night Im so tired and the easiest way is to breastfeed him that way
@may24th, I havent found it here. Dont know if the sell them here in Europe. I have the gas drops though? Whats the different from gasdrops and gripe water?
try gripe water. I have to use it with my son cause he gets gassy after eating and spits up.
try laying him down after you feed him or try laying on your side and feed him
@nathaneals_mommy, thx I definitly do that. @coraanne thx Yeah I hope not. I did eat salmon yesterday(my husband had lots of allergies when he was a baby) we use gas drops but Im not sure it has helped much. One thing which might cause him gases is his D-Vitamin. When I dont give him D-vitamins he doesnt have as much gases.
Poor baby! You can try gas drops before feeding (if it's indeed gas)... those helped my daughter when she was born. Cheap at walmart. I hope he's doesn't have an allergy to a certain food.
try doing smaller feedings nor often. help my son a lot. and make sure he's sitting up after he eats
@nathaneals_mommy, yeah I burp him every 5-10min
@coraanne, yeah I burp him everytime after nursin and sometimes in between. He does have lots of air. But for example during the night he wont burpe even if I try burping him😢
my son does that to. feed him for 5 min every hour to hour and a half. and rock him while you do. and put him sine where elivated after, like swing or car seat.
stop half way threw feeding and try to get a burp
I know you don't have to burp babies as much during breastfeeding but maybe baby gets air when he's nursing. Have you tried burping him a few times while nursing?
@squeakpipsmommy0607, ok U will. thx
