THIS IS LONG BUT I NEED HELP/ADVICE!! I've started feeling nauseous on and off ever since about the 18th around 4AM. Also was experiencing bad sharp burning sensation in my entire stomach that was painful but went away after using the bathroom. I woke up at 6AM today and vomited which was scary since I haven't thrown up since my first trimester. (sorry TMI) I also now have bad diarrhea that's like straight up water and am having pains off and on in all areas of my stomach. What could be happening? I was at L&D hours before my symptoms started on the 18th to check for preeclampsia and they didn't say anything about me having a virus or that anything was wrong with my blood. Idk what's going on 😖

The pains have pretty much gone away.. I have a feeling this all may be from something I ate. Hopefully it doesn't mean labor is soon, haven't finished my babies nursery yet and have my second baby shower on the 27th! @junebaby

the contractions will usually start in your back and move towards the front. your belly will tighten up really hard. they will feel like severe cramps. it wouldn't hurt to call your ob or go get checked because you never really know for sure.

no it's not constant it comes and goes. it's painful but I don't know if it's contractions? the pain isn't above my public area like where period cramps are. it's in random spots on my belly. @junebaby
you shouldn't have constant pain though with contractions. if it's constant it might be a tummy bug.
not necessarily. I've had the same thing all week. is your stomach tightening up with the pain. if so time how often it happens. could be a virus but it might not be.

sounds like your body is preparing for labor. a lot of times your body will clean itself out right before.
