Not sure it was a gift for my mothers day back in march that ive only just used but it wouldnt have been cheap. I did have the full works though. They do a brilliant maternity back massage, I had about 4 during my last pregnancy!! its worth it and we deserve a treat now and again for carrying and bringing their wonderful children into the world now don't we @mummy123

No its only in town, the bf got it me got mothers day and I've been holding off going until I really needed it, with 2 weeks to go I thought now was a good time! you can't do anything that's too warm as baby can't regulate their temperature so they can be dangerous, same reason they say not to have hot baths. I've done sauna etc before when not been pregnant and love them, may treat myself to one when the little lady arrives @tori27

@joebi mind I wasn't pregnant last year when I went, but they are really amazing, u feel like a new woman after it! ah really I was planning on booking a spa weekend away in a few months, was looking forward to the sauna & steam room, glad u had a lovely time :) are u staying overnight x

No you aren't allowed when your pregnant so I just had all the maternity treatments. They were much needed @tori27 as I've been struggling with SPD and pelvic gurdle x

They are amazing, I went to one in Cork last year, really refreshing, did you get in the sauna & steam room too ? x
