How did some you stop breastfeeding ? Like did you just stop fully & start formula feeding did you take it slowly by taking kit feedings or what ?

depending on how old your baby is & how much you breastfeed like if it's fully you are supposed to ween slowly
Well since my baby didn't get the much Breast milk, I just gave it to him. And then wore a really really tight sports bra the stop it from coming it.
When did you stop taking prenatals??
I've been told that prenatals are good during the very early stages of pregnancy. Mainly for the spinal cord development. So did anyone stop taking them once they got into 2nd trimester? Did you take them throughout the entire pregnancy?? Or when did you stop taking them?
