Vaginal? My doc told me after I stopped bleeding and felt able, to start slow and work my way up. I started 2 days after I got home with a walk around my block. By 3 weeks after, I was doing PiYo and by week 6 I was starting TurboFire. Of course I heard shit for it from friends but I did it based on my comfort level. That said, I worked out with T25 into my 36th week. Lol.
