first i would talk to her and be there for her then i definitely would let her know that though i don't want to offend her its for her safety that i call someone and let them know that she may need to go in to see someone for counseling and help but that i wouldn't be far away from my phone if she needed trust me I struggle with depression and the thought of cutting the only thing that keeps me from doing it is the idea that the wound could get infected and the infection could harm my baby and I have to call my best friend to sit and talk with me just so i can feel a sense of relief

idk hunny. but she needs help. its best to benefit her and look out for her. someone needs to know what she is doing cause the wrong thing could happen and it could be to late. pray for her and find someone that she can talk too. she needs help.
well sweetie some times they might lie about the hole thing but that also might mean there is something more serious to actually call someone about that might actually mean she's seriously having some problems mentally or that she may feel like she needs attention bc she might feel neglected and alone which can emotionally not be safe either
