Birth Story: Due to chronic hypertension I had to be induced at 38w3d it was scheduled for 6/6 @ 6pm which made me really nervous luckily when I called at 5pm they moved me to 7pm 😥😊. By 815 I was all registered blood work done gowned up and in bed lol the nurse came in a checked my cervix to see if I could be started on pitocin or if I had to have cervidil, I was 0cm 0% effaced and my cervix was high soooo I had to get cervidil 😐. Cervidil got inserted around 930 and by 11pm I was having very mild contractions by 3am they were very uncomfortable and the nurse came in and asked if I wanted pain meds I said yes and she also checked me I was 1 cm by 8am contractions were in full swing lol I was a mess my fiancé had to remind me not to hold my breath and to breathe as calmly as possible the nurse came in at 9am checked me I was at 2cm so she took out the cervidil and let me shower and told me to walk around for 30 minutes and when I came back we'd start pitocin. Walked for 20 minutes bounced on the birthing ball for 10 minutes then the party started 🎉🎊🎉🎊 they started me on a low dose of the pitocin then at 2Pm they cranked it up by 330pm I requested the epidural the anesthesiologist got in around 405pm after they finished it was 515Pm. I asked my nurse to check me I knew I had to be at atleast a 5cm boy was I wrong I was barely a 3 😔 they came in and turned down my pitocin cuz they said I was having to many to close together contractions and that wouldn't be doing me any good even though I had gotten the epidural I still felt the contractions 😢 the whole time I was in the hospital I told them Julissia didn't like being monitored and she would move away or kick off the monitors which she did 😁 so they were coming back and forth every 5 minutes to readjust the belly monitor...any who, around 630pm the nurse came in to readjust the monitor once more but she realized Julissia had dropped way into my vagina area I told her it felt funny downstairs like I pooped lol so she pulled back the sheets and checked me and she looked like 😲 your a 10 the baby's head is right there but your water hasn't broken she ran back and got another nurse and she came and checked and my water broke in the 2 minutes she'd been gone 😅 they were calling my doctor but she was coming to fast she dropped even lower and I got scared cuz her heart rate went from 135 to 75 to fast I said if I open my legs she's coming out so the stand by doctor came running in everybody is rushing they tell me to open my legs and pull them back as soon as I did she came sliding out (literally) the cord was wrapper around her leg twice but she was fine Mrs. Julissia Rene was born at 658pm June 7th

Got to the hospital at 4 am to start my pitocin, well.. I was put on the drip at 430 am , and was 4cm dilated and 80 percent effaced, an hour later. The nurse came in to check me, hours later, and I was at 6 cm. I got the epidural at 6cm.. But it didn't work for me, no more than 20 minutes later, I couldn't take the pain, I was screaming and crying.. And felt everything.. most terrible pain ever, I called for my nurse to come in and she checked me again, said I was ready to deliver, babys head was there. About 30 minutes of pushing, and 8 stitches later, 10:40 a.m. I gave birth to the most beautiful, little girl in the world, weighing 5 pounds and 8 ounces, 18 inches long! Welcome to the world Scarlette Jayde, youre so perfect.. and were so blessed to be your parents!! Even though I felt everything, and the epidural didn't work for me, I have to say the pain I felt was so worth it!!!

Labor story...Came in at 7 am on 6/24 to be induced. Was already dilated to a 4 and 70% effaced. Got started on fluids and pitocin around 830 but no pain really. Water was broke at around 9 and received epi around 930. Nurse checked me at about 11 and I was a 6. Doctor came in at about 1245 and I was completely dilated. Pushed for at least 40 minutes and baby was born at 136pm. 8lbs 12 oz. We are in love💙

Sapphire was born at 8:03pm. Started cervidil last night at about 10pm. It increased my contractions and by this morning I went from 1cm and 75% effaced to 4cm and 90% effaced. So we decided to hold off on anything and monitor me and see what my body did. 2 1/2 hrs they checked me and I went to 6cm and 100% effaced. They broke my water and by around 7:30 was ready to push. I pushed for 20 mins and she came into the world crying with her eyes wide open. 5lbs 11oz 19inches long. No pain meds and a 1st degree tear. Got my natural birth after all ♡

Sorry I havent posted an update on whats happened. I finally.had my baby boy, Noah Jesus Zamora 😍 So I went in Friday night due to small contractions, once I made it to the hospital they had become regular & I was almost 2 cm dilated. They kept me for 2 hours before sending me home because my contractions werent causing any dilation. So my bf & I spent the night at my mothers just incase something happened. I tried to fall asleep around 1 something in the a.m. after timing contractions that were 2-3 mins apart. I sleep on & off until 3 a.m. and my contractions had gotten worse. I went to use the bathroom and I had seen that I completely lost my mucous plug/had my show! So I woke my mom up & she sat with me for a while. I walked around the house for a bit and before I knew it the contractions had progressed so I called ny doctor & he told me to head to the hospital. When I get there they start to monitor baby Noah & my contractions and when I got checked I made progress. So they hooked me up to an IV because they thought maybe I was dehydrated & they gave me some morphine around 6 a.m. so I could sleep. I was in so much pain from the contractions and needles I cried & my bf started to cry because he hated to see me in such pain. I kept falling in out of sleep after the morphine shot. Definitely couldnt sleep through the contractions. They brought me breakfast around 8 o'clock, which made my mom and bf think they were gonna send me home again. Later on around 2 my doctor came in to check my cervix & surprisingly I was 3 cm dilated (the amount you have to be for my hospital to admit you) so it hit me that I wasn't leaving without my baby boy. They told me they weren't gonna check again for another 2 hours to give me some time to progress to 4 cm & get the epidural. So within those 2 hours it had gotten BAD I was in the worst pain ever. and around 4 the nurse came in to check my cervix, come to find out I was FULLY DILATED! I freaked because I did not want to feel all of the pain of giving birth. I told my nurse I wanted try the epidural even though there was a huge chance it would have no effect. Getting the epiduarl was a pan becaue I was having full blown contractions while having to stay still complety it was horrible. So after that I waited for it to kick in a bit, it definitely helped the only thing I could feel was the urge to poop. It took me almost an hour to push and it was seriously the worst pain ever because I could feel the burning and everything but finally out came Noah 😍 weighing 7 pounds 13 ounces & 18 inches long looking just like his daddy. Im so in love and my life is now complete. We couldn't be happier to have finally met our baby! Longest labor story ever lol I babble!

My triplets were born via emergency c-section.... on Monday I had an appt with my ob at 6pm and he said I was still 2cm dilated, then I went home and was having servere pain that came and go and would wake me up from sleep, they were coming from 2 to 17 min apart, and I couldn't walk, and I had an extreme urge to pee, and that was new, so my mom came and took me to the hospital, and they hooked me and the babies up to the monitors and I wasn't contracting as much as I had thought, come to find out when they checked me that I was 4 cm and baby a's foot was coming through my cervix, so that was causing the pain... they called my ob and got a team ready to deliver my babies... they were born at 1:07, 1:08, 1:09 am on Tuesday morning
