No, your body makes colostrum which is something your body produces before the actual milk comes in. The baby drinks it and is completely fine and nourished with that 😊

Nope you can breastfeed. I never leaked and I have an over supply and I didn't leak after the first week.

Colostrum has the highest nutritional value and anti bodies that your body will produce in a small amount so a newborn can have it. That's what you nurse baby with until your milk comes in.

@nathanswifey7, I would highly suggest looking into milk savers they go in your bra to collect leakage. And save that it's not milk it's colostrum and the best thing for baby. It would be handy to have some stored if baby got sick.
