Are nose bleeds common during pregnancy? Before I got pregnant, I never had a nose bleed. I woke up this morning with a headache and blood running down my face. This is the third time since I got pregnant.

Yes. I got little nose bleeds after I blow my nose and it never happened to me

I had a lot of nose bleeds when I first got pregnant and they've slowly gone away by now, my dr said its normal but maybe just bring it up at your next appointment to get a peace of mind!:)

It's very common. It's a result of an increase in hormones and blood volume throughout pregnancy
