nope, I have the same problem. lol

One way to tell is feel your stomach everywhere, if there's still soft spots it's probably just baby moving , if it's all hard it's a bh contraction (: my daughter went breech for awhile and it was so hard to tell apart lol but I learned that trick and it's helped a lot since

I also tend to poke at the places that I feel the most pressure, obviously if it's the baby the pressure moves lol it's another way to tell

Oh trust me you've had them by now (: you probably just got lucky some moms don't feel them at all , but you actually have contractions your whole pregnancy, and even before you get pregnant . A lot of moms say that their bh contractions feel as just a really light stomach cramp that covers the whole upper part of their belly , others like me say they feel the deep period cramps in your lower stomach

Tips for that is real labor contractions are waaay different then bh . Real ones actually make it hard to breathe or talk , they last about 40-60 seconds each, and if you're in labor they would be 5 minutes or less apart and they hurt like no other. You'll also feel a ton of pressure on your cervix with these contractions.
