I know this will come off bitchy or heartless. But I only say this because I feel this is not the place to post your registry or ask for things. We are all struggling! There are so many who are in need and the fact is that you are responsible for yourself. There are places you can get stuff and get things for cheap! You save a little aside each month!! The fact you even have this app means you have money for a cell phone!
This is a place to ask for advice, questions, and just have someone to talk to. I feel it is selfish to ask for things when in reality, your not the only one in need. I get it if you post about someone who you would like to help, but don't be posting your registry. I'm sorry but there needs to be a line with this stuff.
How about ask about budget ideas, sales, or websites that are good.

@kelseys, I am all for helping someone. But this app is not the place! Plus we don't even know each other. It comes down how mature you are. It took me a bit to learn to deal with my money and we don't have much but you make things work! Going on an app and the only post I've seen of you is posting your registry is rude!

exactly, I mean I wouldn't mind getting help from family and friends if I really needed and couldn't get something on my own, even getting hand me downs, but I wouldn't post on social media asking strangers for things. and same here, my husband I had to learn how to manage and save money while paying bills and getting what we need. we usually have a thousand saved, isn't much but it's just for emergencies, plus I've tried so hard to get work, which I got a job. but still others need to realize with they can't afford to be a stay at home mom then they need to work and if they can't because of child care, then they need to find a way around it, it's possible.

@kelseys, I agree. Life is hard that's for sure. This is a place to help us get through things. That's it. It was nice when this one girl ask to help a homeless family, because she asked not that girl! I see that.

I agree. It's completely rude to ask for something when you don't know someone/anyone like that. Thanks for posting and I wonder if the admins can make this a rule. I don't like feeling like people are coming here to scam/be lazy and have someone else pay their way and cross that line.

Thank you! Some of you understand! I didn't post this to point fingers or bash anyone but to point out that it's not appropriate. I feel bad don't get me wrong but at the same time I don't want this feed flooded with people asking for things.

way I see it: just because you post your registry doesn't mean you are forcing people to buy you stuff. some people want to buy gifts for people or do a RAK. there is not a set of rules of what you can post on here. if you don't like it then scroll past it.
