How much water do you guys drink a day? Before I was pregnant, I barely drank any water at all, sometimes none. Now I drink at least 70-80 oz of water and at least 3 cups of milk, sometimes more!

I still have a hard time drinking a lot of water 😕 I never did before and now I'm lucky if I finish two bottles
@blue_87, I was told I needed to drink at least 3 cups of milk a day for the babies bones? and I always drink extra water when my throat feels dry! :)
The recommendation is, that you drink 64oz a day plus 8oz for every one hour spent being more physical than usual. I personally drink at least 80-90oz a day but, I live in CA so when it's hot I tend to drink more it all just depend on how much you're exerting yourself. You could also follow the color of your urine the darker it is the more water you need to drink. And be careful with all that milk depending on what kind you drink, you could be putting on excess lbs.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@gabisorexs, I struggled at first two, but now it's getting easier! some days are still hard though, but I keep telling myself I need it 😭 @blue_87 oh and it's skim milk/fat free milk that I drink!
